The Teams
The four teams were made up of the following community contributors.

You can choose one of these teams at the start of the event today. After you have made your choice, you will no longer be able to change teams. Of course, we join Team Milan as he is the only German team commander. However, you will be able to use it with tanks of any nation. Once you get the commander in-game, you choose which vehicle you want him to be trained for.
Each commander will have their own voice lines, which you can listen to right now on the World of Tanks website. In addition, each team has a unique livery for tanks, its own medal, crest, inscription, and decal.
Participation
As soon as you log into the game, you will receive a notification to participate in the event. Decide which team you want to join by February 6th. After this window, the event will continue until February 10th, but you will no longer be able to join a team.
At the top center of the screen is your battle button. To the right of that, select the type of battle you want to participate in. There you click on Team Clash. A click on the battle button starts a team clash battle.
The Battles
A normal round is played with 15 players per team. A game of Team Clash, on the other hand, only has 7 players per team and only uses Tier X vehicles. Don't be too scared off, though, as Wargaming gives out rental vehicles to new players who haven't reached the max level yet. The following tanks will be available as rental vehicles:

You will receive a rental tank immediately after joining the team. You can unlock the other vehicles as the team progresses.
The Points System
You will be able to earn points in the Team Clash event in two ways. The first variant is the 7 vs. 7 battles, which we just mentioned. In the normal Random Battles, however, you can complete missions to earn some extra money on the side. Under the "Orders" tab in the Garage, you can view the order conditions.
In summary, you must deal 5000 damage points and gain 4000 experience points in any number of Random Battles. You must also have at least the fifth-highest experience in a battle. So pretty easy jobs.
You collect points for your personal Team Clash rank and for your team's overall account. There are unique rewards for each completed stage. These include, among other things, extra rental vehicles for the Team Clash battles.
The content creators can activate a boost once per day, which will allow your team to generate more points. There are six different boosts that double your points as follows:
Morale Boost:
Double Personal Points are awarded to each player for two hours. In addition, the team itself receives bonus points relative to its position in the ranking.
Tactical List:
Gives a certain number of points regardless of the outcome of the battle.
Wild Battle:
Double score as long as victory is achieved within 5 minutes.
Careful approach:
Double points for a win with a maximum of two lost vehicles.
Territory Control:
Double points as long as your team wins by capturing a base.
Frontal Attack:
When your group scores a certain number of points in a match, the team score meter gets some bonus points. This boost is the only one that doesn't give you personal points.
Content creators can use this benefit once every 24 hours. A special bonus applies from the second day of Team Clash. Teams behind receive a points bonus starting on day two, so it's really a last-minute decision as to which team wins the event. The bonus gives you double points in 7 vs. 7 modes for ten battles.
The Rewards
The unique team paint job and other cosmetics are quite nice. But what you're really after are the team commanders. But let's start at the beginning:
The team points account is divided into ten sections. Each stage gives you either a rental tank or a cosmetic item. However, after reaching the top tier, the scorer will continue to run until the end of the event to determine the final winning team. So these rewards are a team effort. To receive all team counter rewards, a personal counter must be at least the same level.
Your personal score counter works a little differently. It is also divided into stages. However, not only in ten but in 30. After every 60 points, you move up a rank on your personal point counter. So to reach the maximum rank you need 1800 points. You get one guaranteed reward and two randomly drawn rewards out of two per rank. By far the best combination of such a reward set would be the following:

The final reward is then the personal commander, modeled after a content creator. The better your team performs, the better commander you get. Each of the commanders has already learned the "sixth sense" perk as a "0 skill". This means that he gets this skill almost for free.
But now it gets even more interesting. The commander of the winning team also gains enough experience to activate three more skills. Second place enough XP for two more skills and third place enough XP for one more skill. Only the team in last place “only” gets the sixth sense for free. Either way, each of these commanders is a very good addition to your account.
Make an effort, because Wargaming isn't exactly known for making events like this easy. Even experienced and good players will need to invest an hour or two to get the maximum rank of personal rewards.
