The better option is of course a personal meeting where you can invite your guests to your place or you can go to your favorite restaurant together. When you talk you can exchange ideas perfectly and you are torn out of your daily merry-go-round of thoughts.

Alone or with friends: sport and exercise are the perfect balance

Balancing everyday life doesn't mean that you shouldn't do anything at all, although a weekend in bed (alone or as a couple) can also be a good approach. Doctors also recommend sports activities where you can work out. Exercise keeps you fit and healthy and is equally important in your free time and at work.

Stress, mental stress, or cardiovascular diseases due to a lack of exercise are increasingly leading to downtime. Therefore, your well-being is of course also important to the employer. Many give their employees the opportunity to do company sports or offer health activities directly in the company, where you can, for example, play football against your colleagues or go bowling with them.

Relaxation also means health

You shouldn't underestimate the fact that constant tension and rushing from one appointment to another will raise your blood pressure and lead to cardiovascular disease.

However, too much stress also means irritability or insomnia. Therefore, it is helpful if you learn some relaxation exercises, sometimes called mindfulness exercises.
