Positive thoughts

It's very easy to just think about the negative things you don't like all day long. The problem is that negative thoughts make you tired and weak. They simply rob you of important energy that you could use far better because they unbalance your body's biochemistry. In short: Nobody needs that!

Don't lie in bed and tell yourself that you don't feel like working, instead filter out the things about your work that bring you joy. How about a Tinder date? Make a list of things that would bring you joy and distribute those things throughout the month. You did everything on your TDL on the first day? Very good, then make a big and bold cross in your calendar. Tomorrow you will do it again and get the next cross. The more crosses there are, the prouder you will be and the more you will try not to let a day go by without completing your TDL because that would break the chain and you would have to start over. These many small and visible successes will reflect in your mind and make you feel better.
